WHAT WE DO
We operate as a specialized infrastructure platform focused exclusively on speed-to-power, off-grid generation, and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) execution.
PARAGON ADVISORY
For Data Center Developers & Operators
We help developers solve immediate site bottlenecks and accelerate time-to-power without taking on stranded-asset risk.

Air Permitting & EPA Attainment Audits
Determining zip-code-level feasibility for behind-the-meter gas generation before capital is committed.
Tenant Scope 1/2 Lease Structuring
Aligning microgrid power purchase agreements (PPAs) with hyperscaler net-zero mandates.
EaaS RFP Management
Writing technical specifications, running competitive provider bidding, and negotiating bankable 20-year terms.

PARAGON INFRASTRUCTURE
For Institutional Funds & Energy Partners
We originate, entitle, and co-develop high-capacity, off-grid infrastructure assets ready for capital deployment.
Power-Ready Site Origination
Securing land options adjacent to high-pressure gas pipelines and extra-high-voltage transmission corridors.
Behind-the-Meter Co-Development
Packaging fuel cells, gas, solar, and battery storage (BESS) assets into turn-key Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
Asset Monetization
Transitioning fully de-risked, tenant-backed power assets to long-term infrastructure investors.
THE BOTTLENECK WE SOLVE
The primary constraint on AI expansion is not chip supply or software design; it is the physical timeline required to connect to the utility grid.
TRADITIONAL GRID PATH
(4 - 7 YEARS)
Site Selection ──► Interconnect Queue ──► Utility Delays ──► Delayed Revenue
PARAGON BEHIND-THE-METER PATH
(12 - 18 MONTHS)
Site Selection ──► Air & Land Feasibility ──► EaaS Microgrid ──► Online Compute
By shifting from centralized grid reliance to behind-the-meter microgrids and structured EaaS contracts, we compress site delivery timelines from years to months while protecting developers from carbon accounting liabilities.
STRATEGIC FOCUS AREAS
Behind-the-Meter Microgrids
Integrating natural gas turbines, solar arrays, and battery energy storage (BESS) to bypass utility interconnect backlogs.
Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS)
Structuring off-balance-sheet financing models where third-party providers fund, build, and operate the power infrastructure.
Site Entitlement & Permitting
Navigating local environmental regulations, fuel supply letters, and zoning approvals to secure shovel-ready status.
LEADERSHIP
Founder and CEO
The primary bottleneck holding back the AI economy isn't software architecture or chip supply; it is the physical reality of utility interconnects, air permitting, and generation capacity. As a systems and electrical engineer, I operate at the intersection of energy systems, physical compute, and venture buildout to solve these hard constraints. My focus is on accelerating speed-to-power for data center developers through Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) structures, behind-the-meter microgrids, and local grid alignment.

Building on a background that spans complex engineering strategies across finance, energy, and physical systems, I approach AI deployment through a grounded, commercial lens. Scaling sovereign compute requires de-risking power assets before capital is deployed; this means aligning land options, pipeline access, and emissions compliance with hyperscaler lease mandates. I partner with infrastructure developers, energy providers, and institutional investors to structure bankable EaaS models and execute physical buildouts.

I hold an MS in Systems Engineering, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and a Postgraduate Certificate in AI for Business from Wharton. I also serve as the Executive Founder at Paragon, where we build ventures and advise operators on EaaS deployment, site feasibility, and sovereign compute infrastructure.
